People & Capability Administrator
We are looking for a skilled individual who has a proven track record as an Administrator who can provide a full range of administrative services to the People & Capability Team.
This is a new role that has been created to support the People & Capability Team to provide efficient, effective administrative and coordination support and service across all facets of the function. This role will also be key in ensuring the provision of timely, reliable information, reporting and analysis to help ensure achievement of the team's work plans and will from time to time, include involvement in some transactional and project work.
The ideal candidate will be able to respond to changing workloads and priorities while maintaining flexibility. It would suit someone who has a positive attitude, great people skills and organisational flair, is detail oriented, self-motivated and able to handle confidential information with discretion. A high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with customers inside and outside the organisation is required, as is the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision. Proven experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
