We are seeking a well organised, enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Analyst with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our Information Services team. The successful applicant will have the maturity to work in an independent manner and have a sound working knowledge in business process modelling and mapping, systems modelling, and IT disciplines, methodologies and techniques.

The Business Analyst is responsible for helping to facilitate solutions by identifying requirements and analysing, designing and documenting business processes, applications and reporting tools. The job involves providing leadership in the creation and use of business processes and promoting the adoption of process mapping by running a continuous improvement program.
